Scope

Lead the creation, development and delivery of Europe’s first pan-continental girls’ grassroots programme

creating a unique and innovative approach that utilises play and the magic of Disney storytelling to get girls aged 5-8 to introduce girls to fundamental movement skills, life skills and football basics.

A brand new grassroots programme with a unique approach: Play and Disney stories to address inactivity amongst young girls.

Guided all aspects of the programme including strategy and directions, NGB funding, coaching content creation, equipment provision, marketing, experts, quality assurance, and research.
