Scope
Create, develop and deliver innovative and engaging workshops for top-division clubs with the aim of league-wide development
through the presentation of unique data, the discussion of existing opportunities and threats, provision of tools for stakeholders to implement the findings
CASE STUDY
Romania
In Febuary 2023, in collaboration with the Romanian FA and UEFA, a workshop was organised for all the top division clubs. A mixture of data and insight, presentations and break out groups were utilised and there has been a fantastic impact on the league since then:
Lighbulb Moment
Provided unique insights to help the league learn where they were strong and where to improve
Increased Budgets
Clubs have now signficantly increased their budgets.
One club went from €5k to €1m
Commercial
League attracted a new sponsor
Clubs also now have more sponsors of their own
Professional Players
Significant increase noted with clubs now having 7-8 more pro players
Some players are even returning from overseas to play in the league
Social Media
A key takeaway from the event- clubs now have 1 dedicated person
This has resulted in 5x increase in activity
Coaching
Workshop and data identified need to improve the technical level of staff within the clubs
Now working closely with a UEFA coaching mentor
Men’s Investment
Integrated clubs increased investment from men’s side
One club now promoting and selling tickets for women’s at men’s
Female-only Clubs
Notably doing more to invest in communities
Festivals, school visits with player etc…
